Ha Long Bay in northern Vietnam is one of the greatest playgrounds on earth. At least for a climber who likes to play Indiana Jones and deep water solo. Thousand of limestone islands soar out of the turquoise water and make for an exceptional climbing experience. During my stay I volunteered for Asia Outdoors and wrote the new rock climbing guidebook for the area.
